On Friday, October 3, the College of Management invited Professor Ming Lim from the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, to give a distinguished lecture titled “From Conception to Publication: Strategies and Insights for Publishing in International Academic Journals.”

The event attracted around 30 faculty members and Ph.D. students from the College. Drawing on his extensive international research and editorial experience, Professor Lim shared in-depth strategies covering the entire process of academic publication—from research conception and design to submission and eventual publication. He also analyzed common challenges and successful cases related to submitting to international journals, offering valuable advice.

Through this lecture, participants gained a deeper understanding of the publication process and international academic exchange. The event significantly contributed to enhancing the research quality, publication capabilities, and international perspectives of NTUST faculty and graduate students. The lecture concluded successfully and received enthusiastic feedback from attendees.
