Career Services

NTUST and the School of Management (SoM) have set up a wide range of services that help to connect academia with the world of industry and business. SoM students and graduates are offered a plethora of career and recruitment-related activities on and off campus.

Career Counselling Division

The Career Counselling Division is mainly engaged in career counselling programs such as campus recruitment activities, career talks, career exploration, and individual career counselling. Furthermore, there is a Career Development Website to provide information on job openings and internships. For more information, please refer to the Office of Student Affairs.

Annual Career Fair

Every March, NTUST hosts the grand Annual Career Fair. In 2026, the event attracted 220 companies with 300 booths, offering approximately 16,000 job vacancies. Notably, 155 participating companies provided internship opportunities, while 40 companies offered positions specifically for international students, demonstrating a diverse and globalized demand for talent.

Highered platform

Highered is a premier global talent platform designed to bridge the gap between students, schools, and companies. Through this portal, students can explore diverse career opportunities at global companies actively seeking international talent. As the Taiwan Tech School of Management is an EQUIS-accredited institution, its students enjoy exclusive, free access to the Highered Global Career Services. To get started, students should log in using their official Taiwan Tech email address (@mail.ntust.edu.tw).

OIA Services

The Office of International Affairs (OIA) organizes career-related activities such as information seminars on working in Taiwan, sharing sessions with international alumni, or targeted recruitment sessions. The OIA also offers support with work-permit applications and finding part-time jobs. For more information, please refer to the OIA website.

Research Centers

The various research centers at the NTUST SOM maintain close collaborations with the industry, bringing real-world business challenges to our students. During their studies, students not only engage in cutting-edge academic-industry cooperation but also have the opportunity to directly participate in actual corporate projects. Guided by professors and industry experts, they gain hands-on experience and build valuable professional networks, achieving a seamless transition from academia to career.
